BookFlash reads the shop, date, amounts, sales tax and line items from a photo or PDF. You can check every receipt and change its category before it goes into your books.
Is my data safe?
Your receipts are private to your account. They are tied to your sign-in and always sent over a secure HTTPS connection.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. You add receipts yourself, so only the expenses you choose end up in your books.
Can I send it to my accountant?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Download any period as a PDF report or a CSV for a spreadsheet.
Can I use it on my phone?
